Phyllis Ann Holt

Phyllis Ann Hammons Reynolds Holt, age 78, of Corbin, was called to her heavenly home on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Coy Boyd and Opal Lee Hammons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Wilma Jean Hammons Elliott, brother, James Edwin “Jimbo” Hammons, sister, Patricia Lynn Hammons Wood, and sister, Brenda Kay Hammons Huff.

She is survived by her children; Paul Reynolds, James Reynolds, Coy Holt (Melissa) and Nicole Holt all of Corbin.

Mourning her passing are her brother, John Hammons (Penny), sister, Debra Tipton (Jeff), grandchildren, Terry Reynolds, Logan Carnes (Josh), Adora Holt, Ethan Holt (Cambria), Colton Holt, Coby Holt, and Gage Turner, and great grandchildren; Austin, Brayden and Kamryn Reynolds; Remy, Judah and Ezekiel Carnes; Nevaeh Ann Holt and Briar Holt. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.

Visitation will be held from 11-1pm on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will follow at 1pm with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky with Ethan Holt, Colton Holt, Coby Holt, Gage Turner, Austin Reynolds and Brayden Reynolds serving as pallbearers.
