Alberta Childers

Alberta M. Childers, age 82, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at her home.
Born in Kettle Island, Bell County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Della Miles, and had been a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Childers; three children, Pat Baird and husband Roy, Debbie Kehrer and husband Tom, and Brad Childers and wife Jennifer; five grandchildren, Rhonda Gross and husband Earl, Jeff Baird, Kim Jump and husband Scott, Christopher Childers, and Victoria Childers; and four great-grandchildren, Rebekah, Christian, Danielle and Thomas, all who mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow in the Terrell Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Friday December 4th at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin.
