Alice Faye Hoskins

Alice Faye Hoskins, 79, of Corbin, Kentucky passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022 at her home. She was the wife of the late Edward Hoskins who passed June 3, 2019. She was a native of Wyandotte, Michigan and a daughter of the late Samuel and Thelma Hinson Wilson. Alice was also proceeded in death by grandson Joshua Winter, sisters Joyce Gonyea and Connie Hammitte, and brothers Jerry Wilson and Larry Wilson and sister-in-law Georgia Clines. Survivors include four daughters: Mollie Jane Hoskins, Karen L. Hoskins, Wanda Diane Winter (Gary), and Joyce A. Hoskins; fifteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren; sisters Shirley Meggison, Carolyn Beeler, and Debbie Stevens; brother Harry Wilson; brother in laws, Bob and Kenneth (Sharon) Hoskins and sister in laws, Joyce Moore and Wanda Jones and several nieces and nephews. Alice enjoyed sewing, watching her Red Wings hockey team, and sharing time with her family members and her friends. Visitation will be after 12 noon on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Her funeral will follow there at 2:00pm with Rev. Kevin Roach officiating.
