Alma Diane Smith

Alma "Diane" Smith, 73, of Corbin, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at her residence.
Born in Tullahoma, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Willie Stone and Patricia Kennedy Laird. She was a member of Power Pack Ministries in Williamsburg and was a sales associate at Belk's in Corbin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Smith; two brothers, Jimmy Stone and George Sattler; and her sister, Charlotte Freeman.
She is survived by her children: Randy McHargue (Debbie), Sandy Foley (Wendell), and Anita Smith; grandchildren: Kristen Foley, Cassie Gentry (Rusty) and children J.T. and Landry, Josh McHargue (Stephanie) and daughter Peyton, Cody McHargue, Kennedy Foley and daughter Kenley, and Timmy McHargue; the father of her children, Ralph McHargue; one sister, Margaret Beier; and many nieces, nephews, friends, family and in-laws, including special sister-in-law Liz Hanson.
The funeral service will be at 11am Thursday, Jan. 15, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Joe Lowe and Bro. Josh McHargue officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at the funeral home.
