Amos Engle

Hiram Amos Engle, age 43, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2010, at his home.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Delbert Engle and Brother, Ovie Clayton Engle.
He is survived by his Daughter, Ashley Engle; OH; Mother, Lillie Mae Lawson Smith and husband James; Brothers, Jack Engle and wife Susie, Delbert Engle and wife Marlene; Sister, Kay Engle and companion Mark Andrews; his Companion, Carolyn Smith and her children Debra Vaughn, Vanessa Vaughn & Ricky Vaughn and grandkids; Special Uncles, Sherman Lawson Jr., Johnny Jarvis and wife Teresa, and Jimmy Jarvis and all their children; and by many friends and family.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday December 21, 2010 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Eversole officiating. Burial will follow in Candle Ridge Cemetery in Gray.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Monday, December 20th, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral costs.
