Anna K. Smith

Anna K. Smith, 84, of Corbin passed away Thursday evening, February 15, 2018, at her home.
Born in Knox County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Sidney and Viola Barton Wagner.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Clyde Ray Smith, brother Herman Wagner, sisters Audrey Jones and Thelma Willis, and a special nephew Ray Wagner II.
Anna had worked at the Elicon plant in Corbin, and later became a cook at Lynn Camp School.  She was baptized at the East Corbin Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son Ray Smith and his wife Kathy;  four grandchildren: Kelly Lowe and husband Patrick, David Berry and wife Kathryn, RaeAnne Kaffalas and husband Kevin, and Zach Smith;  three great grandchildren: Cassandra Profitt, Nate Lunsford, and Ryan Lunsford.
Anna's funeral will be held at 1pm Monday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
Her visitation will be from noon until 1pm Monday at the funeral home.
