Anna Sue Gatliff

Sue Gatliff, 81, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018, at her home.
Sue had worked as a machine operator for a dry cleaner, and was a member of the Corbin Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and loved to crochet, especially baby blankets.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Gatliff; parents, Arlin Berry Prewitt and Virginia Mullins Prewitt; son, Jack Alan Hood; and granddaughter, Julieta Amanda Hood.
Sue is survived by three children: Herb Hood (Katrina), Michael Hood (Chelsea), and Debra Kay Stone; four grandchildren: Sabrina Sue Ernst, Hugh Richard Hood, Joshua Hood,  and Alexandria Hood; four great-grandchildren: Henry Lee Hood, Harper Addison Hood, Merek William Ernst, and Micah Dean Ernst; and brother Arlin Prewitt (Patsy); and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 pm on Thursday, November 8, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. A graveside service at Cumberland Memorial Gardens will follow at 2:30 pm Thursday with Rev. Lonnie Storms officiating.
