Arlene Medlin Flagg

Arlene Medlin Flagg, age 89, of Gray, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Born in Knox County, she was the daughter of the late Gassie Medlin and Florence Cox Medlin. She was a homemaker and was a member of Gray's Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Flagg; daughter, Martha Kinney; and brothers and sisters, Zona Martin, Anna Lafountain, General Medlin, Ronald Medlin, David Medlin, Claude Medlin and John Medlin; and great-great-grandson, Frankie Senters.
She is survived by her grandson, James Kinney; great-grandchildren, Nicole Toft whom she raised and fiance Brent Brafford, Miranda Senters, James Caleb Kinney, and Alexandria Kinney; great-great-grandchildren, Shianne Gray, Hannah Toft, Isabella Toft, Savannah Kinney, Ashlyn Senters, Morgan Senters, Hayden Senters, and Little Caleb Kinney; brother, Danny Lee Medlin; step-son, Orville Flagg; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral service will be 2pm Saturday, June 2, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Gray-Cox Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday, June 1, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY.
