Arnold Lee Mcdaniel

Arnold Lee McDaniel, 80, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 in Corbin.
Born in Gray, Kentucky, Arnold was the son of the late Roscoe and Lillian Phelps McDaniel. He was also preceded in death by his wife Patricia Cogdill McDaniel, and by three infant children.
Arnold was a member of the Chapel Grove Baptist Church, was a minister, and held revivals at area churches.  He enjoyed quilting and had been a machine operator at the former National Standard.
He is survived by his sister Janice McDaniel Gross and husband John L. Gross of Corbin; and by several nieces and nephews and other family members.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 15, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Abner and Rev. Jimmy Elliott officiating. Burial will be in the Lynn Camp Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 P.M. on Thursday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Chapel Grove Baptist Church.
