Barbara Geneva Thomas

Barbara G. Thomas, 69, of Corbin and formerly of Michigan, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006, at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin.
Born November 23, 1936 in Detroit, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Eva Mashburn Guthrie. She was a sales consultant for Photo Corp. of America and was Baptist by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Betty Aul.
She is survived by her husband Richard Thomas; brother, Paul Robert "Bob" Guthrie; six children, Cheryl Redman, Brenda Stahl, Diana Parrish, Richard David Thomas, Debra Thomas and Stephen Thomas; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, Nov. 24, 2006 at the Romeo Cemetery in Romeo, Michigan.
Arrangements are by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin.
