Barbara Kay Elliott Dixon

Barbara Kay Elliott Dixon, age 53, passed away on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born in Knox County and was a former cook at West Knox School.  Barbara liked to scrapbook and be with her family.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Axie Mills Elliott.
Barbara is survived by her Father, Lester "Buck" Elliott; Husband, Terry Dixon; Sons, Christopher Elliott and Brandon Elliott; Daughters, Heather Dixon Hash, Kayla Ann Hayden, Kimberly Lee, and Stephanie Pry; Brothers, William Elliott, Michael (Heather) Elliott, and Mark (Vickie) Elliott; Sisters, Derotha (Carl) Bradley and Midge Hayden; many grandchildren including granddaughters, Caleigh and Autumn Elliott; and by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends who will all mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday February 10, 2018 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Medlin and Rev. Claude Medlin officiating.  Burial will follow in the Gray Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Friday from 6-8pm and Saturday from 1-2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
