Barbara Sue Howington Williams

Barbara Sue Howington Williams, age 75, of Manchester, OH, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman, OH.

Born in Harlan, KY, she was a daughter to the late William Howington and Mable Smith Howington. Barbara enjoyed cooking, yard sales, watching westerns, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Damon Williams, two children, Mark Paul and Shawn Skidmore, sisters, Phyllis Wells (Bob), Priscilla Howington, Carolyn Muse (Bob), and Brenda Varela, and a brother, Eddie Howington.

She is survived by four children, Jody Lamarr (Rick), Danny Paul, Sharon Harp (Jim), and Debbie Bryant (Danny), siblings, Judy Young, JoAnna Corsmeier (Steve), and Roy Howington (Karen), special friends, David Steward and Shawna Johnson (Jeff), and by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 11-1pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will follow at 1pm with Bro. Kenneth Paul officiating.

Burial will follow at Sharp Cemetery in Rockholds, KY.
