Bettie Elizabeth Jones

Bettie Elizabeth Jones, age 99, of Corbin, passed away on Easter Sunday Morning, March 31, 2013, at Baptist Health in Corbin.
She was Pentecostal by faith and was retired from the former American Greetings in Corbin.
Bettie was preceded in death her Husband, Henry L. Jones; Parents, George and Lettie Gibbs Romines; Brothers, Everett, Raymond, Ernest, and George Romines; Sisters, Bertha Eaton, Gertie Cox, Katherine Rogers, Lucille Shelton, Lillian Love, and Lottie Mae Jones.
She is survived by her Children, Willie L. Jones and wife Katherine, Lettie M. Dizney and husband Chester, Betty Veer and husband Arlie, and Billy Ray Jones and wife Meta; Sister Susie Goforth; Nine Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, six Great Great Grandchildren; and by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will all mourn her passing.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, from 12noon until the time of her funeral service at 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the McFarland Cemetery in west Corbin.
Her family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of the Bluegrass and Baptist Health for the love and care they gave to Bettie and her family.
