Bobby G. Mcqueen

Bobby G. McQueen, 65, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at the Baptist Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert William and Eliza McQueen; son, Robert Jeffrey McQueen; and brother, Denver McQueen.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Carolyn Sue McQueen; sons, Steven Gene McQueen and Jack McQueen and wife Tina; step-daughters, Mary Ellison and husband Stephen, and Charlotte Reed; sisters, Imogene Humbert and husband Bob, and Judy Bowling and husband Bobby Joe; brothers, Connie McQueen, Glenn McQueen and Mary Reed, Jimmy McQueen, Frankie McQueen and wife Marsha, and Sammy McQueen and wife Cherry; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, Nov. 15, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the McQueen Cemetery on Dorthae Road in Corbin.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
