Bonnie Maxine Silvers Medlin

Bonnie Maxine Silvers Medlin, 82, of Gray passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at her daughter's home.
Born in Knoxville, TN she was a daughter of the late Seph and Viola Gregory Silvers. Also she was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Jerome Medlin, brother Larry Silvers and sister Sue Plymill.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter Jill Davis (Marty); granddaughter Amy Williams (Jason); step granddaughters Tiffany Davis and Jodi Cornett (Brody); great grandson Jaxon Williams; step great granddaughters Abbi, Maia and Carlyn; sisters Mary Covoletski, Frances Hatfield and Gloria Ayers; and several nieces and nephews.
Bonnie had worked at the Corbin Elicon plant and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Her visitation will begin at 11:00am Friday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 1:00pm. Pastors Sean Disney and Mark Sarver will officiate.
Burial will be at the Cox Cemetery at Gray.
Pallbearers will be C. Ray Martin, Jason Williams, Marty Davis, Jim Thomas, Glen Wilson and Danny Overbey. Honorary bearers will be her niece Doris Wilson and family friend Gretchen Bruner.
