Brandon Lynn Jones

Brandon Lynn Jones, 8, of Corbin, passed away Monday, Sept. 13, 2004 as the result of a bicycle accident.
Born August 21, 1996 in Corbin, he was the son of John and Tammy Godsey Jones. Brandon was in the second grade at Oak Grove Elementary School. He was preceded in death by his grandfather George Jones.
Brandon is survived by his parents John and Tammy Jones; his brother Devin Jones; grandparents, Doris and Robert Davenport of Corbin, Otis Godsey of Corbin, and Rose Lee Jones of Gray. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and family and friends who mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 pm Wednesday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
