Brenda Bunch Miller

Brenda Bunch Miller, age 82, of Lexington, KY, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Baptist Health Lexington.

Brenda was a radiant beacon of love and light in the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. She had a deep love for her dogs, a passion for flowers, and a zest for traveling that led her to explore various corners of the world. Brenda loved cooking and eating, often transforming meals into delightful feasts. Her parties were legendary, full of laughter, fun, and the delicious food she loved to prepare. At the center of it all was her family, the people who mattered to her the most.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Homer Miller; parents, Gillis Bunch and Flonnie Peace Bunch; and brother, John Oakley Bunch.

She is survived by her daughter, Deb Croucher (Tim); son, Evertt Sears; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; and by numerous cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1-2pm on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will follow at 2pm.

Brenda was born on the hill at the old Corbin Hospital, and she will be laid to rest on the hill at Calvary Cemetery in Corbin, with her husband and brother. She lived a vibrant life in between and will be dearly missed.
