Brenda Kay Bennett

Brenda Kay Bennett; age 64, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday May 21, 2016.
She was retired from the State of Kentucky Board of Probation and Parole; attended Chapel Grove Baptist Church in Woodbine and was a member of the former Woodbine Homemakers Club and the former Faber Methodist Church.
Brenda was preceded in death by her Father, Alvin Bennett.
She is survived by her Son, Shannon Bennett Bargo and fiancé Karlie; Mother, Lois Helton Bennett; Siblings; Wilma Jean Wilburn (Russell); Louise Weaver; Randy Bennett (Melinda); Rodney Bennett (Barbara); David Bennett (Lisa); Kim Canada (Gary); Debra White (Johnny); and by numerous nieces and nephews including special nephews, J.D. Bennett and Andrew Bennett.
Funeral service for Brenda Bennett will be held at 2pm on Wednesday May 25, 2016 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Abner officiating.
Burial will follow in the Bennett Family Cemetery.
