Brian Patrick Chesnut

Brian Patrick Chesnut, age 48, of Corbin, passed away on Tuesday August 31, 2021 at Baptist Health in Corbin. He was a factory worker at CTA Acoustics in Lily, KY, and a US Navy Veteran. Brian was born in Hamilton, OH, and was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Helen May Chesnut; sisters, Phyllis Marie Bohn and Penny Sue Warren; and by a brother, Rodger Chesnut. He is survived by his wife, Danathe Chesnut; children, Brian Chesnut, Luke Osborne, Tori Osborne, Jacob Gilbert, Jerrod Gilbert, and Jeremy Bryant; six grandchildren; siblings, Karen King, Jeff Chesnut, Patricia Rodriquez, Paula Evanski, Tommy Chesnut, Michael Neal, and Mark Jones; and by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, family and friends who will all mourn his passing. Visitation will be on Saturday September 4, 2021 from 12noon until 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where his funeral service will begin at 2pm with Bro. Brandon Azbill and Bro. Luke Osborne officiating.
Burial will follow in the Martin Cemetery in Corbin with military honors by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin.
