Carol Sue Thomason

Carol Sue Jackson Thomason, 74, of Corbin passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Corbin, she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Mary Elsie Moore Jackson. Additionally, she was predeceased by brothers Harold B. Jackson and Donald Ray Jackson, and sisters Janrose Roark, Lois Marie Lewis, Berneda Maxine Reynolds, Jeanette Cook, and Patsy Ann Jackson, and one great grandchild. Carol is survived by her four children: Mary Robinson and husband Alva, Angela Cleary and husband Michael, Daniel Stevens and wife Kabren, and David Dewayne Stevens; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and her former husband Arnold Stevens. Carol had been a homemaker for her family and was of the Pentecostal faith. Carol will be entombed at Cumberland Memorial Gardens following private arrangements for her family as she had requested.
