Cecil Eugene Harmon

Cecil E. Harmon, age 79, of Corbin passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at his home.
He was a retired tool and die maker with General Motors in Dayton, OH; and a Baptist by Faith.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Norma Jean Barton Harmon; Son, Gary Lee Harmon, and by his Parents, William A. Harmon and Clara Josephine Bryant Harmon.
He is survived by his Daughter, Shirley McMakin; five Grandchildren, Denise Slack, Eric James McMakin, Sarah Elizabeth McMakin, Eleya Jean Gunter, and Jonathan David McMakin; three Great Grandchildren; Brother-in-law James Barton.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 22, 2008 from 12noon until the time of the funeral service at 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating.
Burial will follow in the Corinth Cemetery in Corbin.
