Charles A. Dugger

Charles A. Dugger, 68, of Gray, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2004 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Born September 18, 1935 in Knox County, he was the son of Clara Steele Dugger and the late William Earl Dugger. He was the retired owner of the Holiday Gulf, Inc. gas station at 25W and I-75, and was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church.
His survivors include his wife Merlene Blanton Dugger of Gray; his mother Clara Steele Dugger; three children, Teresa V. Dugger of Corbin, Rick Douglas Dugger of Gray, and Butch Lee Dugger of Gray; two sisters, Evelyn Bernice Brock of Dry Ridge and Jeannett Musick of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Gary Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 pm Tuesday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
