Charles Edward Prewitt

Charles Prewitt, age 84, of Corbin KY passed away on May 27, 2024. He is formally from Holland, MI and Benham, KY.

He was preceded in death by his wife, of 61 years, Rosetta Prewitt, his son Brian Prewitt, a son-in-law, Dwain Lester, and a granddaughter Courtnie Kaylor. He was also preceded by his parents William and Mabel Prewitt, brothers Jack Prewitt and Billy Prewitt, and sister Margie Ash.

He is survived by his daughter Pam Lester, a son Todd (Allison) Prewitt, a daughter-in-law Tammy Prewitt, along with 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandbabies, two sisters Pat Czaplicki and Sue Loyd, and brother Truman Prewitt.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am-12:00 noon Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Dayspring Family Worship Center, 523 Oakridge Church Road, with a service to follow at 12:15 pm with Pastor Roland Lee officiating.

Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
