Charles Junior Scott

Charles Junior Scott, 87, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2010, at his home.
Born in Knox County, he was the son of the late Ewell and Ara Blanton Scott. He was a farmer and a U.S. Army veteran that served stateside during World War II.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ida Mae Scott; and by four brothers and three sisters.
He is survived by four daughters; one son; three brothers; and one granddaughter.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 28, at the Gray Cemetery with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by VFW Post 1410.
There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY.
