Cleda Steele Creech

Cleda Steele Creech, age 75, of Corbin, KY, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Born in Barbourville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Agnes Buck Steele. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie Edward Creech, Jr., daughter, Diana Bunton, and three brothers, Howard, Jim, and Roger Steele. Cleda is survived by two children, Shawna Bell (Brian) and Kenneth Long (Tressa), seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one brother, Steve Steele, and sister, Karen Steele. Visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will follow at 2pm on Thursday with Rev. Bradley Pfeiffer officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Gray Cemetery in Gray, KY.
