Cluster Messer

Cluster Messer, age 55, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Baptist Health Corbin. Born in Pineville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late George Messer and Loma Scalf Messer. He attended West Corbin Baptist Church. Cluster is survived by his wife of almost 30 years, Karen Tompkins Messer; five children, Gina Barajas (Nabor Cruz), Amanda Peavley (Steven), Rachael Hubbard (Jacob), Langdon Messer, and Emily Messer; siblings, Renfro Messer, Maggie Owens, Georgia Miller, Oscar Messer, Rick Messer, and Lloyd Messer; grandchildren, America Barajas, Graciela Barajas, Xander Cruz, Dominic Hart, Abigail Peavley, Jeremiah Peavley, Lucas Hubbard, and Tanzara Disney; several nieces, nephews, family and friends, including special friend, Jerry Bartolo. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm. Rev. Albert Jones will officiate.
