Clyde Amos Smith

Clyde Amos Smith, age 69, of Gray, Kentucky, passed away on Friday October 21, 2022, at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin, KY.

Born in Knoxville, TN, a son of the late Aaron Jackson Smith.  He loved fishing, car, trucks, and being with his family.

He is survived by his wife Judy Smith, mother, Alpha Kirby Smith, children, Rebecca Mason (Doug), Amos Smith (Cindy), James Smith (Jennifer), Timothy Smith, and Melissa Hutton (Deric), grandchildren, Whitney, Becca, Noah, Erin, Carrie, Isaiah, Alex, Chasity, and Tyler, great grandchildren, Peyton, Kaius, Oliver, Wesson, Layken, Adalee, Waylon, Gunnar, Colton, Grayson, and baby Hill, brothers, Jackson Smith (Nancy), Andy Smith, and Buster Smith (Angela), sisters, Alma Jean Johnson (Walt), and Lois Griffin (Gary), and by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation for Amos Smith will be held from 6-9pm on Monday October 24, 2022, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where his funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 25, 2022, at 2pm with Tyler Hutton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Stansbury Cemetery in Corbin, KY.
