Connie L. Nelson

Connie L. Nelson, age 48, of Corbin, passed away on December 31, 2008 in Lexington.
She was a former Registered Nurse at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by her Husband of 27 years, James Nelson; two Sons, Matthew and Cody Nelson of Corbin; Mother, June Howell Goley of Gray; Father, George Goley of Corbin; three Brothers, Scott Goley of Corbin and Ray and Martin Goley both of Gray; Sister, Robbie Wilburn of Corbin; Sister-in-law, Imogene Nelson of Corbin; Brother-in-law, Joseph Nelson of Woodbine; and by a host of family and friends who will all mourn her passing.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 3, 2009, from 12noon until the time of the funeral service at 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Cook officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin.
