Connie Lynn Worthington

Connie Lynn Worthington, age 53, of Lily, Kentucky passed away on Sunday April 8, 2018 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  Connie was preceded in death by her Son, Justin Russell and by her Parents, Raymond and Rose Couch.
Connie is survived by her Husband, James Worthington; Children, Daniel Russell and Amy Russell; step Children, Jimmy and Charles Worthington; Grandchildren; Trystan Russell, Hunter Russell, Orin Russell, Gage Russell, Annabelle Becker, Dylan Russell, Isaac Worthington, and Kole Worthington; Brothers, Rodney Tincher, Scotty Tincher, and Benjamin Crouch; Sister, Theresa Tincher; and by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Thursday April 12, 2018 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be announced later.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY 40701 to help with funeral expenses.
