Connie Sue Barton

Connie Sue Barton, age 63, of Woodbine, passed away on Saturday October 26, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Mansfield , OH a daughter to the Elmer Ray Rapier and Alpha Ann Collins Rapier.  She was a retired maintenance worker for the Corbin Independent School System and was Holiness Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Sister, Ella May Perry and her husband Author; Sister in law, Sandra Lee Barton, and by her Father and Mother in law, E.J. Barton and Rosie Aline Barton.
Connie is survived by her Husband, James Barton; Daughters, Hannah Lynn Barton, Sarahann Rebecca Barton, and Grace Ella Barton and fiance Tyler Light; Grandchildren, Aubree Leigh Shaull, Grayson James Grubb, and Laylah Reigh Light; Brothers, John Rapier and Elmer Rapier Jr. and wife Dorothy Mae; Sisters, Laura Ann Thomas and Bonnie Lou Garland; and by several nieces, nephews, family and friends who will all mourn her passing.
Funeral service for Connie Barton will be held at 2pm on Wednesday October 30, 2019 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Barton Family Cemetery in Woodbine.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Tuesday October 29th at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
