Dallas Elliott, age 64, went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Lester Ray Elliott and Bessie Barton Elliott; two Sisters, Georgie Elliott Poore and Geraldine Elliott Gibson; three Brothers, Howard, James, and Hubert Elliott.
He is survived by his Wife of 42years, Thelma Brooks Elliott; five Children, Charles Elliott and wife Genene, Dianna Elliott Bradley and husband Forester, Dallas Eugene Elliott and wife Jodie, Bobby Joe Elliott and fiancee Tabitha, and Tammy Lynn Elliott and fiance Todd; Brother, Denville Elliott; ten Grandchildren, Charles Elliott Jr. and fiancee Ashley, Nikki Elliott, Zachary Elliott, Sabrina Elliott, Angel Elliott, Jonathan Blake Henson, Brandon Tyler Henson, Whitney Rhonda Lynn Elliott, Brittany Anna Nicole Elliott, and Serenity Danielle Gross; one Great Grandchild, Dalton Gilbert; several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends who will all mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be held on January 18, 2009 at 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin, with Rev. Steve Sutton and Rev. A.J. Barton officiating.
Burial will follow in the Corn Creek Cemetery with Pall Bearers, Charles, Bobby, Eugene, and Charles Elliott Jr., Todd Barton, and James Brooks.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 17th, from 6-9pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
