Daniel Lee Rogers

Daniel "Danny" Lee Rogers, 25, of Corbin, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2005 in Campbell County, Tennessee.
Born August 11, 1979 in Corbin, he was the son of William Steely Rogers Jr. and Patricia Helton Rogers. Danny was employed at Corbin Metal and was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers William Steely Rogers Sr. and Clem F. Helton Sr.; two aunts Clemteen Helton and Sheila Rogers; and two uncles Keith Dale Rogers and James Harold Rogers.
He is survived by his parents William Steely Rogers Jr. and Patricia Helton Rogers; his son Ryan Devin Rogers of Tennessee; brother William Patrick Rogers and fiancee Jennifer Lynn Rose; nephew Austin Blake Rogers of Corbin; estranged wife Amanda L. Branam Rogers of Tennessee; two grandmothers Nadine Rogers and Jackie Helton of Corbin; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends who mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Leonard Strunk and Rev. Harvey Logan officiating. Burial will be in the Hart Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
