Debra Gail Garland

Debra Gail Garland, age 62, of Barbourville, Kentucky, formerly of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at Barbourville ARH.

Born in Corbin, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Junior Moore and Carolyn Steely Moore.  Debra was a retired store manager for Save A Lot in Barbourville.  She loved to watch scary movies and true crime stories on TV.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant child and by her grandchild, Hendrix.

Debra is survived by her children, Wayne Garland (Liza), Kelly Burnett (David), and Logan Garland (Aryana); grandchildren, Harley, Hunter, Heath, Hyde, Charlie, Haze, Hudson, Eli, Daniel, Audrey, Link, and Miles; siblings, Wendell Moore, Scotty Moore, Penny Grant, and KC Moore; and by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends who will mourn her passing.
