Dennis Ray Anderson

Dennis Ray Anderson, 65, of Woodbine, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007 at his residence.
He was the son of the late Robert Carl and Fairy Maddux Anderson, and was a U.S. Navy veteran and had worked 30 years for Chrysler Corp.
Dennis belonged to Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, the American Legion Post 88 Honor Guard, Knights of Columbus (fourth degree), Veterans of Foreign Wars in Corbin, the Moose Lodge, Eagles Lodge and American Veterans in Frankfort (AmVets).
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Payton Anderson; a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Troy Peterson of Frankfort; three grandchildren, Chip and Stephani Anderson of Lafayette, Indiana and Austin Judge of Frankfort.
A son, Anthony Anderson, passed away in 1991.
A rosary service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, April 17, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The funeral mass will follow at noon, celebrated by Father Benny Valayth. Visitation will follow the rosary service.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 19, at the Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort, Indiana.
Memorials are suggested to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Corbin. Arrangements are by the O'Neil Funeral Home.
A memorial service for veterans to confer military honors will be held at 1 pm Monday, April 16, at the O'Neil Funeral Home.
