Dillard Baker

Dillard Baker, 78, of Corbin, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2007 at the Oak Tree Hospital.
Born in Sands Springs, Kentucky in Jackson County, he was the son of Stanley and Hattie Baker.
He is survived by his son, Charles Baker and wife Beverly of Corbin; daughters, Vonda Bacon of Corbin and Hattie Ginze of Omaha, Nebraska; grandchildren, Melinda Gail Baker, Charles M. Baker, Job Baker, Chase Baker, Paige Baker, Bobbie Jackson, Marie Dixon, Kathy Gruse and James Faulkner; and great-grandchildren, Scotty Dixon, Taylor Dixon, Adam Robbins, Chase Robbins, Kendall Gruse, McKennith Gruse, Niki & Miki Thomas, Viki Thomas, and Kimberly Thomas, all who mourn his passing.
The family will meet and receive friends from 6-9 pm Thursday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home for a time to remember Mr. Baker. There will be no funeral service.
