Donna E. Anders

Donna E. Anders, age 57, of Corbin, KY, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation. 

Born in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Rondal Glen Anders, Sr., and Norma Jean Sizemore. 

Donna loved crafts, her hands always found something to create, whether it was a delicate crochet blanket or a vibrant piece of canvas art, each piece a testament to her artistic talent. She had a career in retail, where her loving and supportive nature shone through, ensuring everyone felt acknowledged and appreciated. But above all, Donna was a compassionate woman, a beacon of love and support in the lives of her family, who meant the world to her. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepdad, Carl Sizemore; sister, Arlene Diane Cox; and niece, Audrey Diane Cox. 

Donna is survived by her children, Ernest Anders (Kendra), Teddy Anders (Angie), Joey Anders (Brittany), and Nick Anders (Kristina); grandchildren, Hughston Anders, Madison Anders, Hayley Anders, Hagan Anders, Hunter Anders, and Kingsley Anders; brother, Rondal Glen Anders, Jr. (Linda); brother-in-law, Roy Cox; and nephew, Roy Charles Cox. 

Visitation will be held from 12-2 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will follow at 2 pm with Bro. Anthony Hinkle officiating. 

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, KY.
