Donnie R. Hensley

Donnie R. Hensley, age 66, of Gray, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at his home in Gray.

He was born in Knox County, Kentucky and was a member of the Gray Holiness Church.

Donnie was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Wyatt Hensley, son, Steven Ray Hensley, parents, Earl Hensley and Beulah Mason Hensley, and by two brothers, James David Hensley and Larry Wayne Hensley.

He is survived by his children, Amanda Smith (Willard), and Denver Hensley (Amy), grandchildren, Stephen Smith, Addison Rae Hensley, Keith Siler, Jeremiah Coleman, Connor Coleman, and Caleb Coleman, his companion, Brenda Mitchell and her children, Estill Harris, Jonathan Harris, Jesse Nolan, Johnny Nolan, Lela Nolan, and Henry Nolan, and by her grandchildren. Donnie is also survived by his siblings, Virginia Wyatt (George), Robert Hensley (Debbie), Glennis Hensley (Freda), and Timothy Hensley (Teresa), and by many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service for Donnie Hensley will be held at 4pm on Saturday February 25, 2023, at Lynn Camp Cemetery with Bro. Rema Helton officiating.

Pall bearers will be Denver Hensley, Willard Smith, John Harris, Henry Nolan, Keith Siler, Timmy Hensley, Robert Hensley, and Glennis Hensley.
