Doris Godsey

Doris Godsey, age 59, of Corbin, passed away Friday, September 19, 2003 at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Living Waters Pentecostal Church, Shymug Hollow, Bimble, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Godsey; a Daughter, Deborah O'Neil; her parents, Edison and Nona Rice Taylor; one brother, Paul Taylor, and one sister, Goldie Cox.
She is survived by four Sons: Michael Taylor of Woodbine, Darrell Godsey and Ricky Godsey both of Corbin, and Gary Godsey of Winston-Salem, NC.;Two Daughters, Lisa Sheridan of Clarksville, TN and Linda "SUE" Hoskins of Norfolk, VA; Two Brothers, Cliff Taylor of Clarksville, TN and Jewell Taylor of London, KY; one Sister, Lula Kendrick of Woodbine;  9 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 1pm Monday at the Living Waters Pentecostal Church, Shymug Hollow, Bimble, KY, with Rev. Bobby Epperson officiating. Interment will follow in the Fox Cemetery, Greasy Creek Road.
Visitation will be after 6pm Sunday at the Church.
The Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
