Douglas Harold White

Douglas Harold White, 63, of Corbin, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019, at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Born November 9, 1955, in Mansfield, Ohio, he was the son of the late Harold and Eva Parker White. He was a member of the Lincoln Heights Baptist Church in Mansfield,  and enjoyed camping, boating, and his job at Corbin High School from which he was retired.
Douglas was preceded in death by his brother Dallas of Roseville, CA.
He is survived by two sons: Lee Douglas White, and Wesley Clayton White and wife Ginger Marie White; sister Barbara Parker of Mansfield, OH; five brothers: Gene of Mt. Sterling, Larry of Inverness, FL, Ronald of Mount Gilead, OH, Robert of Mansfield, OH, and Vaughn of Los Angeles, CA; and three grandchildren: Clayton Ray White, Matthew Wesley White, and Hunter Douglas White.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
