Edward "Bubby" "Greasy" Hollingsworth, Jr., 64, of Louisville and formerly of Corbin, passed away Monday, April 12, 2004 in Louisville.
He was a former employee of the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Corbin.
He was preceded in death by his father Edward Hollingsworth Sr., his mother Latha Mae Wells, and his sisters Marjie Abner, Wanda Gail Niehaus and Doris Williams.
He is survived by 2 Sons, Garrett Edward Hollingsworth and his wife Priscilla of Williamsburg and Stephen Maurice Hollingsworth of Corbin; 3 Grandchildren, Brooke Rachelle & Hunter Garrett Hollingsworth of Williamsburg and Kayla Rashae Hollingsworth of Corbin; Brothers, Raymond Hollingsworth of Toledo, Ohio, Eddie Hollingsworth, David Hollingsworth, Donnie Hollingsworth and Glen Ray Hollingsworth all of Corbin; Sisters, Bonnie Wells of Louisville, Lillie Minton of Goshen, Ohio, Sharon Rookstool and Cathy Rookstool of Corbin, and Elizabeth McNew of Keavy; Uncle, Leander Sawyers of Corbin; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services are at 8:00 pm Thursday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Jones officiating. Burial will be at 10:00 am Friday at the Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
