Edward Lee Maddux, 59, a resident of Corbin Nursing Home, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
He was the brother of Steve Maddux of Fairdale, KY.
The family has chosen cremation. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
The Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home is charge of arrangements.
