Elizabeth Betty Saylor

Elizabeth "Betty" Saylor, age 88, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013, at the Community Hospice Center in Ashland, Ky.
Born in Goodwine, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Robert & LuLa Vaughn East.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Howard Saylor, son Cecil Johnson, daughter Patsy Geyer, brothers Hubert, Ray, Roy, & Robert East, several brothers & sisters-in-law, animals Buddy & Kit; all of which have welcomed her home.
She will be missed by her brother Ralph East (wife Irene), daughter-in-law Patsy Johnson, son-in-law Herman Geyer; sisters-in-law Opal Gwyddioniaid (husband Taliesin) & Linda Lowery (husband Dewey); brothers-in-law, Hurskin Saylor & E.C. Brock (wife Gay); five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, & seven great-great grandchildren; several nephews that called her Aunt Sis.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, January 26th, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11am-12pm on Saturday, January 26th, at the funeral home.
