Elsie Mae Moore

Elsie Mae Moore, 62, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2004.
She was born April 3, 1942, in Harlan County, Kentucky, to the late Homer and Mary Ann Fields Mitchell. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Harry E. Moore; a daughter, Christy L. Moore of Louisville; six sisters, Faye Baxter of Corbin, Donada Moore of Ocean City, Maryland, Betty Davis of Manning, South Carolina, Gaye Shepherd of Henderson, Sharon Shepherd of Nashville, Tennessee, and Hazel Maggard of London; four brothers, Don Mitchell of London, Lonnie and Paul Mitchell of Corbin, Gary Mitchell of Piney Flats, Tennessee; 25 nieces and nephews, and 23 great-nieces and great-nephews. A daughter, Stephanie Ann Moore, and brother, Freddie Lane Mitchell preceded her in death.
Her funeral will be 2 p.m., Wednesday July 28, in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel, with Roger Shepherd and Jason Shepherd officiating.
Burial will be in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday, July 27, 2004, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., at O'Neil Funeral Home.
