Eunice Cox

Eunice Cox, age 91, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013, at The Heritage.
Born in Four Mile, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late John Garrett and Rose Creech Garrett. She had been a sales clerk at Belk's and was a member of Central Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Cox; brother, Glen Garrett; and son-in-law, R.C. Miller.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Max A. Cox and wife Darlene; daughter, Linda Cox Miller; two grandsons, Allen Cox and friend Lorie of Florence and Rev. Adam Cox and wife Katie of Corbin; brother, Jack Garrett of Columbia; and sister, Dixie Rich of Toccoa, Georgia.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home until the Funeral at 7:00 pm. Officiating will be Dr. Max Cox, Allen Cox, and Rev. Adam Cox.
Burial will be private.
