Evelyn Davidson

Evelyn Davidson, 53, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2006 at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.
Born April 30, 1953 in Clay County, she was the daughter of the late Coy Grubb Sr. and Eva Pearl Taylor Grubb.
She is survived by her son, Rodney Turner of Corbin; daughter, Jelene Jackson of Corbin; three grandchildren, Trudy Gail Fields, Charles Fields and Isabella "Grace" Clark; eleven brothers and sisters, Pollie Smith, Harlan "Dub" Grubb, Betty Gibson, and Lisa Ruth of Manchester, Johnny Grubb, Coy Grubb Jr., Jack Grubb, Bobbie Cales and Della Wagers of Corbin, Linda Grubb of Sweetwater, Tennessee, Coy Dean of Ohio; and special friend "Tip."
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Thursday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. Don Penner and Bro. Harold Lawson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
