Evelyn Mcfarland

Evelyn McFarland, 75, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2008 at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Born in Cedar Grove, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Howell and Mattie Jane Early. She was a homemaker and was Protestant by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons Delbert and Ralph McFarland, and husband Junior Lay McFarland.
She is survived by three children, Ray McFarland, Mike McFarland and wife Fredia, and Keith McFarland and wife Tammy, all of Corbin; grandchildren, Casey McFarland, Amy Jo McFarland, Jason Edwards, Brittany Hill, Katie McFarland, Brandy McFarland, Matthew McFarland, and Delana McFarland; great-grandchildren, Alicia McFarland, Skyler McFarland, Zoe Parrish and Kayden McFarland; and numerous half-brothers and half-sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday, May 17, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Tye officiating. Burial will follow in the Perkins Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Saturday at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
