Flora Martin Sizemore

April 17, 1911 — March 21, 2005

Flora Martin Sizemore, 93, of Corbin, passed away Monday, March 21, 2005 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Born April 17, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Abner Taylor and the late Angela Worley Taylor. She was a homemaker and a member of the Young's Chapel Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Everett Martin; her second husband, Taylor Sizemore; son, Eunice Martin; two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She is survived by three daughters, Wilma Young of Corbin, Joyce McKendrick of Williamsburg, and Doris Reeves of Corbin; three sons, Ova Martin of Corbin, Harold Martin of Cincinnati, Ohio, and A.J. Martin of Corbin; 27 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; 42 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 24, 2005 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton and Rev. Harold Lawson officiating. Burial will be in the Bingham Cemetery on Scuffletown Road.
Pallbearers will be Steve Martin, Allan Reeves, Harold Martin Jr., Charles Martin, Bobby Martin, and Denver Young.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm Wednesday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
