Florence Elliott Taylor

Florence Elliott Taylor, age 76, of Corbin, passed away on Monday February 15, 2016 at the Continue Care Hospital in Corbin.
She was born in Wallens, Kentucky and was a strong supporter of disabled veterans.
Florence was preceded in death by a Son, Steve Allen Elliott; Parents, Arthur Blanton and Ruby Johnson Blanton; Sister, Margie Wilburn; and by her Brothers, Harold, Bill, Earnest, and Charles Blanton.
She is survived by her Children; Brenda Elliott Middleton, Frankie Elliott Warren, Jackie Ray Elliott, and Carolyn Sue Elliott; Grandchildren, Christina Hensley, Gary Wayne Middleton, Angela Diane Day, Nicole Adams, Jessica Chastain, Pamela Elliott, Anthony Elliott, Tyler Elliott, Ethan Elliott, and Randall Elliott; 12 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Donald Ray Blanton of Lexington, and Martin Dwight Blanton of Baltimore, MD; and by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Funeral service for Florence Elliott Taylor will be held at 2pm on Friday February 19, 2016 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Gray Cemetery.
