Floyd Alsip

Floyd Alsip, 47, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, passed away on July 13, 2008 as the result of an automobile accident in Madill, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his children, Amber Payne and Josh Alsip, both of Middletown, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Chase and Hannah; his mother and step-father, Faye and Wayne Bailey of Middletown; father and step-mother, Charlie and Ann Alsip of Corbin; brothers, David Alsip of Middletown, Charles Alsip and wife Robin and Clayton Alsip and wife Beth, all of Germantown, Ohio; two sisters, Darlene Bishop and husband Terry of Jacksboro, Tennessee and Sue Harper and husband James of Killeen, Texas; half-brother, Shawn Bennett and wife Crystal of Corbin; two special uncles, Elmer Alsip and wife Mae and Raymond Alsip, all of Corbin; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 20, at the Bark Camp Cemetery with Rev. Charlie Walker officiating. There will be no visitation. Vankirk-Grisell Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
