Frances Gail Haggard

Frances Gail Haggard, 85, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Bluegrass Hospice Center, One St. Joseph in Lexington, KY.
Born in Gray, KY, she was the daughter of the late George B. Campbell and Lelia Hubbard Campbell. A homemaker and Baptist by faith, she was a member of the Red Hat Society, Dudes and Dolls square dancing, enjoyed bowling, and loved UK basketball.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles "Hut" Haggard; daughter Coiann Salyers; two step-sons Charles Peanut Haggard and David Haggard; three grandsons Joshua Shipman, Jason Knight, and Dakota Cotton; and siblings George J. Campbell, Maxine Brewer, Willis Campbell, Henriann Mitchell, and Herman Campbell.
Surviving are her children Gary Helton (Dodie), Connie Helton, Coretta Helton, Linda Jo Sullivan ( Donnie), Judy Hampton (Dwight), Mike Haggard (Debbie), and Mark Haggard (Shelly); 34 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends including special friends Kim Cooper and Jamie Bosely.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00-2:00  Saturday at the funeral home.
